Tunable All-Fiber Short-Wavelength-IR Transmitter

Abstract

Tunable SWIR operation in 2150nm band is reported for the first time. All-fiber transmitter construction used parametric conversion to convert 1.26μm seed to 2.155μm SWIR channel with record 35dB efficiency over 900nm spectral range.
