Abstract

We propose a novel configuration for a tunable optical dispersion compensator (TODC) with increased bandwidth. We demonstrate 40-wavelength channelized compensation for 400-ps/nm chromatic dispersion with a 40-GHz bandwidth using the proposed TODC.
