124×10 Gbit/s RZ-DPSK Transmission over 12380 km without Channelized Chromatic Dispersion Management

Abstract

We report transmission results of 124 RZ-DPSK channels modulated at 10.709 Gbit/s over 12380 km without channel chromatic dispersion management and we demonstrate industrial performance margins for Terabit/s systems over transpacific distances.
