Abstract

We investigate spectral characteristics of side-polished endlessly single-mode photonic crystal fibers by polishing-depth and radius of curvature, which are important to evanescent coupling, waveguide loss, higher-order modes excitation, and dispersion slopes of photonic crystal fiber components.
