Optical Networking beyond 40 Gbit/s

Not Accessible

Abstract

160 Gbit/s OTDM networks will need nodes with add-drop multiplexers to extract and insert channels at lower bitrates. We will review the current status of add-drop multiplexing for bit rates up to 160 Gbit/s and beyond.
