Abstract

We demonstrate various types of ultrafast optical signal processing with Symmetric-Mach-Zehnder all-optical switches. We have achieved error-free 336-Gb/s demultiplexing, penalty-free, error-free 84-Gb/s pulse regeneration, and error-free 168-Gb/s wavelength conversion.
