Abstract

Uncooled 1310-nm DFB lasers are shown for the first time to exhibit ultra-wideband high linearity at both 25 °C (1 to 20 GHz: SFDR > 103 dB Hz2/3) and 85 °C (1 to 10 GHz: SFDR > 90 dB Hz2/3).
