Experimental validation of an extended ABCD model for actively mode-locked fiber lasers

Abstract

An extended ABCD model for actively mode-locked fiber lasers is presented. This new scheme includes the amplifier model taking into account for the power evolution along the cavity fiber. First experimental validation is reported.
