A New Concept for the WDM Module using a Waveguide equipped with Filter

Abstract

We report a directly deposited multilayer filter onto an end face of polyimide waveguide. The hybrid integration of a waveguide equipped with filter and a silicon V-groove substrate achieve the all passive alignment process.
