Abstract

Among the highest performance analog link applications is CATV, which has forced the development of severa1 linearization schemes to enhance the linearity of simple intensity modulators. To date these techniques fall into one of three categories: (1) electronic predistortion; (2) linearized modulators; or (3) feed forward.
