Graphene-Topological Insulator Hybrid for Optoelectronics

Abstract

Interlayer interaction in van-der Waals heterostructure formed by graphene-topological insulator has been probed via Raman scattering. Further, appearance of magnetic field dependent plateau in place of Dirac peak corroborates the coupling between two surface states.
