Spectroscopy characterization of the thermal dynamics in microspherical resonators

Abstract

The thermal nonlinear dynamics of the microspherical resonators are characterized by the dispersive time-stretch spectroscopy. The resonance wavelength dynamics induced by the thermo-optic nonlinearities trigger giant thermal wavelength shifts within millisecond timescale.
