Single-shot phase-shifting in-line digital holography with photon sieve array

Abstract

In this paper, a kind of single-shot phase-shifting interferometry based on photon sieve array is proposed and verified. Due to amplitude-only diffractive lenses, it will have great potential in X-ray holography or biochemical microscopy.
