Recent Progress in Polarimetric Heterodyning Fiber Grating Laser Sensors

Abstract

This paper reviews recent progress in polarimetric heterodyning fiber grating laser sensors. Specifically, we demonstrate the fabrication of high performance dual-polarization fiber grating lasers, transducer design, and multiplexing of heterodyning sensors.
