A bi-layered anatase titania architecture consisting of hierarchical nanotubes and hollow microspheres for high-performance dye-sensitized solar cells

Abstract

Dye-sensitized solar cells based on an efficient bi-layered structured photoanode that simultaneously features excellent charge transport, high specific surface area and pronounced light harvesting exhibit an outstanding short-current density of 19.46 mA cm−2.
