The effect of indium tin oxide as transparent conductive layer for oxide-confined VCSELs

Abstract

Indium tin oxide (ITO) transparent conductive layer was employed in oxide-confined vertical cavity surface emitting lasers. It can significantly improved the performance of VCSELs, such as output power and far field divergence angle.
