Metal-Enhanced Cellular Fluorescence Imaging on Silver Nano-Arrays Prepared by Electron-Beam Lithography and Magnetron Sputtering

Abstract

A “top-down” nano-fabrication process to prepare silver nano-arrays as metal-enhanced fluorescence spectroscopy substrate is introduced. The as-prepared sample was used for the cellular fluorescence imaging and the engaged fluorophore signals were enhanced significantly.
