Bidirectional IFoF Mobile Fronthaul With DSP-based Channel Multiplexer and Demultiplexer

Abstract

We demonstrate bidirectional transmission of cascaded IFoF-based mobile fronthaul links. High frequency utilization efficiency by DSP-based IF channel multiplexer for uplink is successfully confirmed with satisfying required EVM below 8%, as well as downlink.
