Real Time Optical Label System for Coherent Optical Wavelength Division Multiplexing Networks

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate a real-time optical label system for coherent optical WDM networks. The experimental result verifies that 10×100G DP-QPSK signal with 24-bits label data per wavelength can be transmitted over 480-km SSMF.
