High-Density Disc Mastering with Nano-Patterned Pits by an Artificially Assisted Self-Assembling Method

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

A new process for creating high-density disc mastering has been proposed. Ni stampers with smaller pits than conventional mastering and nano-replication were confirmed. A pit size has been reduced by 15nm on a Ni stamper. Full text article is not available.
