Wide Temperature Operation of Hybrid lntegrated Wavelength Converter Module

Abstract

We describe stable wavelength conversion in a temperature range as wide as 13 °C for a hybrid-integrated wavelength-converter module. Penalty free operation is confirmed at 2.5 Gb/s.
