CMOS Photonic for Scalable Electrooptic Switch Fabrics

Abstract

We present our silicon photonic Mach-Zehnder-based switch technology that monolithically integrates the photonics with the CMOS driver and logic circuitry. We review results on nanosecond-scale, low-insertion-loss, low-crosstalk, and low-power 2x2, 4x4, and 8x8 switch fabrics. Article not available.
