Subband Switching on Optical Supperchannel for Elastic Optical Networks

Abstract

We propose subband-based optical networking on optical OFDM/SCFDM super-channel in elastic optical networks. Feasibilities of add-drop, switching, conversion and multicasting functionalities on optical superchannel are experimentally demonstrated.
