Abstract

Flexible dual-channel inverted light sheet fluorescence microscopy enables high speed 2D imaging and quantitative analysis of calcium sparks and transients in cardiomyocytes and 3D remote refocused imaging of calcium dynamics in stem cell derived cardiomyocytes.
