Improved Microscopy With Ultraviolet Surface Excitation (MUSE) Using High-Index Immersion Illumination

Abstract

We characterize a high-index immersion illumination dipping cap providing improved resolution by refracting light at the tissue interface. We show improved resolution and contrast with deconvolution and focal stacking for high-throughput microscopy.
