Nonlinear microscopy and population density modeling of tumor cell metabolism

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Multiphoton fluorescence lifetime microscopy provides unique insights into cellular-level metabolic heterogeneities. We exploit these techniques along with population density modeling to monitor heterogeneities in tumor response to anti-cancer drug treatments in vivo and in vitro.
