3D Nanoimaging and Detection of Molecular Flow using the nSPIRO Method

Abstract

Detecting proteins dynamics within cells grown in 3D micro-environments is challenging. We developed a 3D nano-imaging technique to uniquely probes proteins in cells grown on collagen. Results show paxillin and actin diffusion rates are unique.
