Abstract

The near-infrared fluorescence from AY-27 orthotopic rat bladder tumors after intravesical instillation of a 2-deoxy-D-glucose optical-probe was imaged in vivo from bisected bladder. Bladder specific fluorescence was compared against controls and tumors without the optical-probe.
