In vivo molecular contrast optical coherence tomography for vasculature imaging and increased molecular specificity

Abstract

We present a novel Pump-Probe Optical Coherence Tomography (PPOCT) system, capable of imaging both methylene blue and hemoglobin simultaneously. In vivo images of Zenopus tadpole vasculature were obtained using hemoglobin as the contrast agent.
