Accurate holographic imaging of colloidal particle pairs by Rayleigh-Sommerfeld reconstruction

Abstract

We introduce a holographic microscopy reconstruction scheme which allows us to follow diffusion of a colloidal pair and measure their inter-particle distance with 36nm resolution.
