Abstract

Multiphoton Microscopy and Phosphorescence Lifetime Microscopy are combined to produce full-frame lifetime resolved 3D images in vivo. Parallel excitation and acquisition of two-photon emission is achieved via a frequency multiplexed multi-foci excitation beam.
