Noninvasive Fluorescence Imaging through Strongly Scattering Layers

Abstract

We demonstrate optical imaging through a thin scattering layer that transmits no ballistic light. Using speckle correlations, we avoid the need of a calibration or reference measurement. We discuss implications for high-resolution microscopy.
