Abstract

We demonstrated 3-color multiplex coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering microscopy in which a femtosecond broadband laser is used as a pump beam. Imaging and spectral analysis of atherosclerotic lipids are performed concurrently in mouse cardiovascular tissues.
