Observation of Self-Modulation Oscillations in Vortex Laser Formed by Coherent Superposion of Off-axis Traveling Waves

Abstract

Self-modulation oscillations were observed in a vortex laser formed by super-position of off-axis resonating traveling waves. Up to 4 harmonics over 30dB were meas-ured when it is enhanced by pump power dependent relaxation oscillations.
