Nonlinear Features of Femtosecond Laser Written Waveguides in Gorilla® Glass

Abstract

We performed the third-order nonlinear characterization of waveguides produced in Gorilla® Glass by fs-laser irradiation. Through the Dispersive-Scan technique, we found that their nonlinear refractive index is lower than the one for the bulk glass.
