Enhancing the alignment selectivity of p/MQW/n InGaN nanorod LEDs

Abstract

We introduced DC offset voltage in a dielectrophoresis assembly process used to align individually separated p/MQW/n InGaN nanorod LEDs to enhance the alignment selectivity for the DC operation of novel nanorod LED devices.
