Tunable Picosecond Tm Fiber Laser

Abstract

We demonstrate a fully programmable, rapidly tunable picoseconds Tm fiber laser. We achieved tuning range about 90 nm centered at 1950 nm and pulse width of 130 ps. Repetition rate is 10 MHz and time average power is 1 W over the whole wavelength range.
