Photorefractive effect in InP:Fe under Gaussian illumination at telecommunication wavelengths

Abstract

We solve the photorefractive set of equations by finite difference methods to determine photorefractive quantities. In a second stage, a multi-scale expansion is used to obtain a simple model able to reproduce photorefractive phenomena.
