Abstract

We reveal simultaneous phase- and group-velocity matching for frequency doubling of ultra-short pulses at telecom wavelengths in LiNbO<sup>3</sup>membranes. Furthermore, we predict complete phase-matched cascaded third-harmonic generation for optimized membrane thickness.
