Fast Photothermoelectric Response of 3D Graphene Foam in the Terahertz Range

Abstract

We investigated the photothermoelectric properties of 3D graphene foam in the terahertz range. An obvious photovoltage was achieved at 2.52THz, while the response speed was significantly improved, about 25 times higher compared to the typical single-layer graphene.
