Abstract

Resonant infrared matrix-assisted pulsed laser evaporation (RIR-MAPLE) was used to deposit the metal-halide perovskite (MHP), CH3NH3PbI3, and solar cell performance was demonstrated, thereby establishing the potential for MAPLE growth of MHPs.
