Dynamic Strain Analysis of Transformer Iron Core with Fiber Bragg Gratings

Abstract

In this work, it is present an identification of dynamic strain of transformer iron core using FBG sensor. Preliminary results demonstrate that the technique is promising for the monitoring of vibration in distribution transformers.
