High harmonic generation anisotropy from a monolayer MoS2

Abstract

High harmonic generation (HHG) versus the crystal orientation of a monolayer MoS2 is investigated experimentally. It is found that the laser wavelength and the multiband electronic structure plays an important role in HHG process.
