Super-resolution interferometric third harmonic generation microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate super-resolution interferometric third harmonic generation microscopy from a patterned glass sample. Height differences of 95 nm were imaged with 13.3 contrast-to-noise-ratio, indicating that the resolution limit is on the order of several nanometers.
