Pulse Delays Through Metallic Aperture Arrays

Abstract

Pulse propagation delays of 60-100fs through metallic aperture arrays were measured using an up-conversion technique, which are suggested to be originated from the coupling between surface plasmons waves on multiple metal/dielectric interfaces.
