Low-coherence interferometry for measuring electro-optic coefficients of LiNbO3 crystals

Abstract

A novel method based on white light interferometry and phase analysis technique has been used to measure accurate unclamped electro-optic coefficients, r13 and r33, of LiNbO3 crystals over a wavelength range wider than 100 nm.
