Accurate Measurements of Second-Order Nonlinear-Optical Coefficients of Near-Stoichiometric LiNbO3 at 1.31 and 1.06 µm

Abstract

Second-order nonlinear-optical coefficients of undoped and MgO-doped near-stoichiometric LiNbO3 are measured at the fundamental wavelengths of 1.31 and 1.06 µm. The values are found nearly the same with those of congruent LiNbO3 within the experimental accuracy.
