Abstract

We investigated exciton dynamics, biexciton formation, and spin relaxation in an organic-inorganic quantum-well material (C4H9NH3)2PbBr4 which has large biexciton binding energy (66 meV) and a electron-hole exchange energy (29 meV). We estimated the relaxation parameters and found the ultrafast spin relaxation (< 350 fs).
