Transversely-Pumped Nonlinear Conversion: Theory and Numerical Results

Abstract

A transversely-pumped nonlinear conversion structure is examined. The existing scalar theory is extended to include the vector nature of the electromagnetic fields. Based on these results, detailed simulation of proposed structures is performed.
