Chaos synchronization of a passive fibre resonator using the auxiliary system and application to chaos masking

Abstract

A passive nonlinear optical fibre circuit is proposed that exhibits chaos sychronization between a response and auxiliary receiver systems. This arrangement is also shown to facilitate chaos masking of an optical signal.
